Aditi Dave wins prize
Aditi Dave, one of PalaeoChron's MSc students, now studying at the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry in Mainz for her PhD, was awarded the Nicolas Copernicus prize for the brightest young star at the 15th International Conference on Luminescence and Electron Spin Resonance Dating in Cape Town. She won with her presentation Archaeological and chronological constraints on the contemporaneity of a Mighty River and the Harappans.
Aditi worked with Marine Frouin on the OSL dating of the key site of Riparo Mochi, in Italy (below & see previous blog post). We are expecting their paper to soon be submitted on the final set of results. Many congratulations Aditi!
